Adult Neuron-Do

They say a true master can teach you everything you need to know in one lesson. This is the goal I have set in creating this introductory class.  A bit over ambitious but that is the mind of a martial artist.  Regardless if you have trained before or had no training, you will enjoy this class.  This is a great introductory class, easy paced, and full of information about the connection between the body and brain.  If you had injuries or are injured, not to worry, this class works within the normal biomechanics of your body.
